Replacement Glasses

After some advice please.

my daughter had a pair of prescription lenses along with a designer frame from a local franchise of a very well known opticians.

after approx 18 months one side of the frame snapped, so approx 7-10 days prior to Christmas, said opticians replaced the frames for a fee of £25 (replacement fee)

during the festive break the same glasses broke again in the exact same spot, she has had them for approximately 14 days 
she has been back today to the opticians and is awaiting a call tomorrow from the manager as he was not in today.

any advice on what her consumer rights are here.
