  • Thanks for the reply.
I have reported it to Experian, the Uk financial ombudsman, to pave, to their Ceo and to a solicitor.
why did I have pave when I had good credit ? Honestly because I was paying the £4 and had no idea I was even using them …. I didn’t notice it coming out of my account. I only realised I was subscribed when I saw them on my credit file.
but yeh I had the perfect score for years prior to this

You'll need to get on top of your accounts if you want to build some decent history. Everything seems a bit of a mess.

Have a look at your credit files - not the pretend scores - to how you actually look to lenders.

And cancel the solicitor. You don't need to waste yet more money on an issue like this. You start with Pave. FOS won't look at it until you've been through their complaints process.
  • I’ve checked it on credit karma, equifax, Experian and even on checkmyfile…. I’m well aware of my accounts.
This was a tiny £4 a month that was missed once. And they did not notify me, and it’s destroyed my score single handed.
DO NOT TOUCH PAVE WITH A BARGE POLE!!! SCAM!!!

I have a suspicion you still think the pretend CRA score matters.

    Would I be right?

If you're aware of your accounts and they're all in good order apart from a single missed payment, a lender won't be 'destroying' the score they give you.

No 1 can see your score unless you know different.

Your history is whats important which is what lenders see.
