Morning everyone things are very tight in this house I had someone come over the weekend I have stairs up to my loft which are very dangerous I have a great big loft that has windows radiators and lighting in so I am having a proper staircase put in not cheap but it will make my house 4 bedrooms and will add a good bit of value to it and it’s a shame to waste such a big space he can’t start until April but that gives me some more time to save for carpeting and decorating hubby is wanting to leave it until later but later means never in here so I have booked him in because prices are only going to go up I darent spend a penny now we have done a lot but there’s lots I want to do could do with wining the lottery2

Great idea and best to strike while the iron's hot. If it had been left to Mr SA half the things in my house would never get done.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
