I think I’ve done this right I’m hoping to start my own diary to keep me motivated in my fitness health and money saving and not spending efforts

Thanks for reading I’ve hit my target of 10000 steps a day some days more stuck with my healthy eating plan only spent 15 pounds on shopping and should on need some more fruit at the weekend looks like I’m going to have a cheap January hope so need saving building up5

Its hard to do it alone, even harder when we are in lockdown and the weather is carp
Every day Ive had time off this year, the ice has made going out doors a no no , its got to the point Im craving to get out
Plus with the rush to get the car defrosted enough to get into work, im relying on BREAD for breakfast and lunch - goodbye any ideas of starting a healthy new year - at the moment
I know that these times won't last forever so Im still keeping my eye on the ball - even if Im not bouncing it right now. Im gathering together my "healthy" breakfast and lunch ideas and planning ahead - even if ahead is going to be February
Oh and money saving went clean out the window todayWork day, below freezing, we dont see daylight before 9am, so I stopped on the way in and treated us all with hot sausage rolls for breakfast, and buns for tea break

Hi everyone it’s nearly 6 months since I moved house it’s flown over really I haven’t done so bad hubby has had a new knee he is waiting for the other one to be done could be 8 months to a year so up to now I have decorated right through had wardrobes fitted and all new carpets fitted and double glazing new fence out the back and artificial turf put down still the walls outside to paint and I have decided for next winter I am going to have a log burner put in one of the rooms phew I hadn’t realised I had done so much until I look back I’m quite pleased considering I have worked all the time and hubby couldn’t do anything for 7 weeks with his knee looking after him was actually the hardest part purse is firmly shut now as I need a new kitchen that will not be this year and my son gets married in august so I’m definitely fighting the flab can anyone explain how you can have 3 good weeks and lose a pound a week and one bad day and you put 3 pound on 😭I will just have to keep battling on3
