Cleaning newly painted walls

Hi,
About 4 weeks ago we had our hall decorated using johnsons durable acrylic paint, and already due to it being a high traffic area we have some marks on the walls (greasy trade hand marks, dog nose marks and water marks). I have lightly scrubbed some of the marks, but unfortunately you can now see what looks like a dirty scrub mark. Any ideas how I should clean these walls? It's driving me mad.
Thanks

No idea. It can certainly be a problem when you can look at the surface at a low angle - typical hallway scenario - or when there's a light source at the far end which reflects off it towards you. They do make a tougher paint, tho': https://www.johnstonestrade.com/product/cleanable-matt
