Moving home

Options
Hiya all
Happy New Year to you all.
We are looking to move home around May time if possible my DRO finishes in September which was from a past relationship and debt left in my name, am i being too optimistic in being accepted anywhere jointly as a new tenant? . We have never missed payments etc in this house, all bills up to date as my partner deals with everything.
Would be nice to have a garden for my son to play in.
Thanks

What will be showing on your credit reports in May?

You will probably need to find a LL directly and not go through an agency. LLs can be open to blips, agencies are very B&W due to financial checks.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
  • I dont have any credit, i have a basic bank account, my wages go in, i take money out for bills. Im guessing all my creditors will be on my file until my DRO finishes in September, when hopefully it will be wiped off. My partner may have to apply himself and add me at a later date i think.

You've previously had credit, so have a look at all your credit reports and see how many defaults and things are showing as you are on about moving in May but the DRO doesn't finish until September.
