There is an alternative electrician registration body: ELECSA. So not all qualified electricians will be with NICEIC.Edit: see posts below.If it sticks, force it.

NICEIC and ELECSA are now owned by the same company.There used to be several companies. But after a load of buyouts, there are now only two, operating under several different names.If it sticks, force it.
