Default entry dates query

I apologise in advance if I come across as a bit thick. I was wondering if someone could clarify the following query please.
If I have a default against me dated 18.05.2018 would this be 2 years and 5 months old? I have about 4 defaults (all paid up now) from 2018 and I’m trying to work out what a mortgage lender would view these as. Thank you.

No. Two years, seven months and a couple of weeks.0

You'll often find lenders loosen up their criteria a bit once you've had three years straight of no defaults / arrears / etc.
A lender will look at the age of the default from when the account was defaulted, rather than from when it was settled; so on 18/05/2021 the default will be three years old.0
