I brought a TV for my son last year. The 1 year warranty expire on 7th Jan. I cannot find how to contact the manufacturer (Luxor). I brought the TV from Very who should take responsibility Luxor or Very?

As it is still under the manufacturers warrantee which ends in a few days, I would contact them on Monday to at least register the issue before it expires. Luxor TVs are made by the Turkish company Vestal. Their U.K. website has the contact details.

I've lost track of the number of times I've filled in online contact forms and never heard anything back from the companies concerned.
Send them an e-mail:
info@vestel-uk.com
and make sure that you keep a copy of it so at least you have proof that you had registered the fault before the warranty expired.1 -

It is a public holiday weekend. So many companies will not be open till Monday or even Tuesday if based in Scotland.Life in the slow lane0 -
I got a reply, they said that Very deal with all their warranty claims so contacted them and they are picking up the TV on Thursday. Thanks everyone for the help!DiddyDavies said:I've lost track of the number of times I've filled in online contact forms and never heard anything back from the companies concerned.
