Help with transporting electric piano when moving house

Options
I hope someone can help me with this! I am moving from Liverpool to Brighton on 18th January and I am having a nightmare arranging for my electric piano to be moved along with my other stuff. I have been told 2 different things on the phone by anyvan. The first advised me that I had to list my piano as a 'digital piano' which means it has to go in a different van with a designated piano team. This would be an extra £500+ - the piano was around that price new so that's out of the question. There is an option for 'electronic piano' which increases the price of the removal by £200+. I don't think this kind of price is warranted either. The piano looks similar to a keyboard really and is just screwed into a stand. So the other option is a 'piano keyboard', which doesn't increase the price by too much. The second member of staff advised me to go for that. I told him the weight of it and everything and he has added a note to the removal team so that if there are any problems it would be ok. I am really worrying that the removal team will refuse to take it though. Especially as it says 'digital piano' on the piano itself. Should I change it to an 'electronic piano'? Or should I just sell it and buy one when I get down there? Here is a link to a listing for the piano - https://www.korg.com/uk/products/digitalpianos/b1/

Can you not box it up yourself before they arrive?  Presumably the stand flat-packs anyway.

I did think of that.. The stand does flat-pack so I guess I could just list it as a keyboard stand in pieces and then box or wrap the piano? Do you think they would question the size? You can get keyboards with 88 keys but most are smaller than pianos?

It isn't huge (my daughter has a SP100 which must be the same).   The lifters and shifters wont give it a second look.

Is that a piano too? You really think they won’t check? I have never had to move so much stuff in the past or as big a distance as this so it’s all very stressful!

You are over-thinking it.  Removal men don't know the difference between a piano and a keyboard.  They just don't want to turn up and find an unexpected old-school piano.  An electronic thing in a long thin box is not going to trouble them.
Yes I think I am! I just need to find a box for it now 🤣

The removal men will be glad its not an old fashioned piano.
Our removal men stacked the van like Tetris so nothing had any room tomove anyway.
I put anything irreplaceable/ sentimental in my car.
