M&S Bank - Can't Log In on Web Site

Is it just me, or is the M&S Bank web site broken?
I can log in on the App just fine, but when I try to log in on the Web site, I generate a security code using the app, but when I enter this on the Web site I just get red a warning box with no text in it, and the box to enter the security code just stays there.
It looks like it wants me to enter a Password (because there is a "forgotten password" link on the screen), but there is no field on the screen to type a password in. Tried two different browsers, with the same result.
Anyone else?
