I'm going into my third year with Igloo, if I remember they've put their prices up twice and then lowered them twice. The last decrease if I remember was back end of summer laat year. In that time I started off paying £48 per month for duel fuel. It went up on their recommendations to £52, that took me close to not having any credit left by spring last year. It was left at that for most of the year (last) then when looking at my credit balance it was £157. I have now reduced my DD to £45 until spring (March) , it will be reviewed then. They recommended the reduction.
For anyone interested my annual usage was worked out by me and the Igloo bill more or less agrees with it Gas = 7615 kWh Electric = 1670 khw. My bill the annually on the last workings out £595. They forecast something like £628 for the next 12 months usage based of course on current prices.
And yes they have refer a friend offers, £50 I think, I only noticed it again the other day. You also get interest on you credit balance although that isn't a reason to get you excited.

If anyone is thinking of swapping to them re customer service/what are like as a company to deal with, I've had no problems whatsoever, never had cause to contact them over anything.  I submit meter readings (no smart stuff, trying to avoid although they are promoting them) the 8th of every month, I get an email within an hour  showing the latest monthly bill and it's deducted from the account balance. The DD then goes out on 13th to them.
You control your account via the app or just online.
Reluctant really to switch away from them it's so simple, only significant price rise will prompt me to move away.
