ICS unpaid cheque

I have just looked at my TSB account online and one of the cheques I paid in during the week is “ICS unpaid cheque”. I understand this is image clearing system. Will this be re-presented or sent back to the person who wrote the cheque? TIA.

You will get a letter from TSB with a photocopy of the cheque and the reason why the cheque is unpaid.
Then you can take it up with the drawer of the cheque.1
