Mortgage lenders' critera regarding previously missed mortgage payments doesn't change depending on what "Score" experian tell you you have, their criteria are fixed.

As an example, Nationwide's criteria, as stated on their intermediary's website, is:

"Applicants must not have exceeded 3 months' arrears in the last 3 years."

This criteria is fixed and does not change based on mystic meg's score or anyone elses.

I got the boost for free plus also have my rent payments reported.    A lot of lenders dont use the boosted score though.
Im really excited that over the last 2 years my score has gone from really poor up to good.      I had a lot of defaults which have been clear for 3 years, no late payments in 3 years.
Its been really hard but I'm really pleased

Is your good status anyway related to Experian's Boost product.
only asking as I haven't yet tried it, improving my own score the long credit repayment years.
Id'e prob give boost a try if it helped.

It'll help the magic number generator give you a whizz bang animation on the boost website and a bigger number on your screen, sure, but it won't do anything for your actual ability to obtain credit.
