Just a quick catch up.
Louby, I hope you are enjoying your holiday. It sounds wonderful. One of my sons has just booked a holiday to the Maldives….I am well jell. Lol.
Autumn is well and truly here and everywhere looks lovely. 🍂🍁. The wood opposite my house is a riot of colourful autumn gorgeousness. My garden is looking better, starting to recover from the heatwaves. After a slow start the saplings I planted when I moved in have finally taken off and the new perennials are looking good. It's still very much a work in progress of course but I am getting there.
Inside the lounge is almost finished. I am still decluttering.
The "great purge" continues……😂🤣
Christmas next……..

Christmas??? Time to pretend to be nice to people you don't really like!
Just kidding. We'll sort of.
I've finally managed to get another balance transfer offer. Not great but will do for now. Only nets me about £90 but means I don't need to pay one of my cards off yet!
I've also run some figures through a site called Esme which suggests solar isn't the big money saver people think it is and I've discovered Habo energy which looks a very good deal on battery only (which is where I started).
I've also discovered u switch are giving money back on electricity usage. Up to £5 per session and 2 sessions a month. Well it's a free £120 so why not!
Today the new dishwasher arrived. It has WiFi. I really don't see the point but it was a good deal and more efficient than the old one!
I may be back later to rant about it.
