Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged over 18, excluding employees of the Promoter (Yeo Marketing Limited), their families and all those professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Entrants will need to have a Yeokens account and internet access to enter. No purchase is necessary during the promotional period but Yeokens will be required to participate, which require a purchase to obtain. Please see clause 5 below, visit our Yeokens page and click ‘T&Cs’ for full details.
3. Raffle periods run for a full calendar month and the draw will be made at the end of each month. This month’s draw opens at 00:01 GMT on the 1st January 2021 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31st January 2021.
4. To Enter: Go to our Yeokens Raffle, select the number of Yeokens you wish to exchange for raffle entries to enter the draw, then hit the ‘Ready to Enter?’ button. Confirm your selection and hit the ‘Enter’ button.
5. 1 Yeoken = 1 entry into the raffle. Yeokens can be collected by purchasing a participating Yeo Valley product. Each participating product has a Yeokens value which can be banked in your online Yeokens account and redeemed against a range of offers, including the raffle.
6. There is no limit on the amount of raffle entries per account holder each month.
7. The Prizes: Entrants will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win 1x two-night stay for two people at Yeo Valley’s Wills Barn.
8. Further Prize Terms and Conditions
   1. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
   2. The prize must be booked and taken between 1st February 2021 and 31st December 2021.
   3. Maximum of 2 adults are allowed to stay, no under 18s allowed.
   4. The stay is for one weekend, or a weekday stay comprising of 2 nights.
   5. Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives dates may be offered depending on availability.
   6. The Prize will be forfeited if the Winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
   7. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue. If any damages occur to the property and/or the belongings inside and/or outside of the property whilst you stay, charges will apply.
   8. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the prize. Whilst at the venue, the winner and their guest must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, make excessive noise or damage the venue. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry or being required to leave the venue.

1. Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 10 working days of the close of the Promotional Period.
2. Winner Communication: The winner will be contacted by the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of winner selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
3. The winner will be contacted within 28 days of prize acceptance to organise fulfilment of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 42 days of Prize Acceptance, the winner will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing hello@yeovalley.co.uk. In the event that the winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.
4. The Prize is non-exchangeable or transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
5. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. No cash alternative is available and once confirmed, the Prize is non- refundable.
6. The Promoter may substitute The Prize for a prize of an equal or greater value if the original Prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
7. Subject to the consent of the winner, their surname and county will be made available by going to yeovalley.co.uk for a month from the first of the month following the draw period. The winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Winner Communication process.
8. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winner is under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion.
9. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their Prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Aside from the use of entry data for the performance of this Promotion, the Promoter will not use personal data for any other purpose without the express consent of the entrant and data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation. 11. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the website.
12. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
13. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
14. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
15. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
16. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
17. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
18. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
