As part of their Feel Good Deeds, Jamie and Amanda will be boosting the nation's most deserving with some very special prizes.

RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Experian’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 01.01.21 to 24.01.21 on The Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.heart.co.uk/win and register their details. Once on the Experian competition page, entrants will be asked to nominate somebody they know who they think deserves a reward. Entrants must explain who they are nominating and why within 300 characters. 
4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 01.01.21 on and close at 23:59 on 24.01.21.
5.    Any entries that are deemed rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or are deemed not appropriate for Heart’s family audience will be excluded from the Competition.
6.    There will be 5 chances to win across the competition period and the winners will be chosen as outlined below in point 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Our winners will be chosen by a Heart Producer, judging entries on being feel-good, positive and uplifting. Heart’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
7.    On 04.01.21 – 1 x winner will be selected at 10.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.
8.    On 07.01.21 – 1 x winner will be selected at 10.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.
9.    On 14.01.21 – 1 x winner will be selected at 10.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.
10.    On 21.01.21 – 1 x winner will be selected at 10.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.
11.    On 25.01.21 – 1 x final winner will be selected from all eligible entries received.
12.    On each of the dates listed above, the entry that is selected as our winner will be contacted on the details they supplied upon entering. 
13.    Upon speaking to the entrant about their nomination that has been chosen, a prize package will then be tailored for their nominee to the minimum value of £1000. Prizes will be items which can be purchased by NDL, Global’s appointed prize management company.
14.    Our winning entrant and their nominee will be required to talk to the presenter(s) either live on-air, or a call may be recorded with the presenter(s) and then later played on-air. If the winning Entrant fails to answer a call, is driving at the time of the call and unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated, and another Entrant will be selected by Heart based on the criteria above. This decision will be made by Heart and will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into. 
15.    By nominating someone, the Entrant warrants that they have sought the permission of the person they are nominating. Should the nominated person not be aware of this, the Entrant will be disqualified from the Competition. 

16.    Eligibility:
17.    Entrants to this competition must be aged 18 or over and must be a resident of the UK. The person they are nominating must also be a resident of the UK.
18.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. There is a maximum of one prize per person. If an entrant has already won earlier in the competition their entry will be excluded from winning again.

Prize:
19.    5 x winning entrants will win a bespoke prize package for their nominee, which will have a minimum prize value of at least £1000.
20.    Each bespoke prize package will be based on the winner’s Competition Entry where possible. 
21.    Prizes will be purchased by NDL, Global’s appointed prize management company.
22.    The prize packages are non-negotiable and non-transferable. No alternatives (including cash) will be offered.
23.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
