Experian Credit Report suddenly blank

Has anyone recently experienced their report wiping off all accounts then saying "new accounts. cards" etc being added this month?
I've had everything showing on Experian up to this point then suddenly no accounts showing this month (with some saying account settled) then telling me these accounts are being added to the report in January as if they are new accounts. What's going on with them?

Not as clever as you think are you.I don't claim to be clever, I'm telling you who you need to ask, rather than asking random people on a forum instead of the company who provides the service. Even if they are not open today (did you try calling them?), waiting until Monday isn't going to change anything. Any information you are given on this forum is 100% useless in the sense it won't change anything about your report. Once again, ask Experian what has happened.0
