i am not tech savvy so here goes
looking to use 2 radiators in one room with smart radiator valves what do i need
ie valves also do i need a hub a bridge or wall plate for temperature anything else

Why not just fit Thermostatic Radiator Valves? [TRV] or do you want to control from afar?

For them to be Smart, then need to be able to contact the boiler controller to call for heat - otherwise they can only reduce heat ( relative to the system thermostat)
p.s. TRVs should also not be used in a room which already has the system thermostat installed1 -
