The guilt is another way addiction will try to get you, the little voice saying 'what's the point?' The negative thoughts telling you that don't deserve X, Y or Z.
It's addiction, it is in everyone to a certain degree, its the part of the brain that drives you to get what your body needs, food, water, and unfortunately if you've got a taste for a harmful substance that too. Just don't listen to it! (I say as I'm eating chocolate for breakfast 😋)
