Spent this afternoon with my lovely sis, as it was the 4th anniversary of our brother's death. We weren't too sad, instead we recalled some of the many, many good memories.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?7 -
13/18 please lost 1½ lb. Diet on hold until after christmas but not going to go mad. I won't be having a burger or anything like that but cheese is on the menu.

I’m struggling and been trying to avoid everything apart from work including looking / positing on here with Christmas coming up and coming to the end of the year. Sleep still a big problem and it messing with my head, thoughts/ cravings etc.
