    11/20 for me today please, though I was somewhat tempted last night. Whilst it's still -1 the paths and road weren't slippy this morning, so the dog got a decent walk. 

    Listened to the R4 Reith Lecture "Freedom from Want" this morning, from a Scottish author and musician Darren McGarvey who had beaten a decade long alcohol and drugs dependency
