Oh no what a disappointment - I made a mistake ans took one extra day when I actually am on 6/12 not 7/12. So I won’t peek at that badge till tomorrow, when I propertly will be 7/12….

and well done, @Coveredinbees!!!! - it is a real achievement to lose weight at this time of year so don’t knock it!

Argh I think the cold weather has got to my brain - yesterday for me WAS, in fact, day 7/12. Sorry @cathybird! Anyway - declaring early for Day 8 of 12 today.

I have started thinking about a goal for 2023 - maybe just solidifying the goal of 1/3 AF days and making it less of a big deal to accomplish - this year it has been hard to stick to, though intensely rewarding. It would be good to make it easier to do, and “just a part of life.” But let’s see! I tend to have a big assessment time in the period between Christmas and New Year and will give it some reflection then.

No matter what, this group of people, reading about everyone’s journey, and Cathybird’s amazing scorekeeping have been the key for me,

10/20 for me please. Our path was like a skating rink this morning (just after 8am so not that early), and the roads were like glass. I'm glad I don't have to drive anywhere today. I had a lovely lunch with my son and DIL yesterday, for DIL's birthday. They had thoughtfully ordered pots of tea ready for when I got to the pub.
