10/13 for me today please @cathybird - I missed one of my target days so may miss my goal by a day this month, let alone getting a cat on the moon :-( 

On the plus side, I believe that today marks 100 AF days for me this year -  made possible by the accountability and welcoming spirit of this thread. Thanks everyone!

5/4 for me please @cathybird, as declaring for today. It was hard yesterday. Turned down G&Ts at lunchtime. Then offered wine twice in the evening. Bought some nice Japanese teas and dark chocolate, so I don't feel deprived this evening
