Hi @cathybird. Just checking in to say, sadly, I haven't had 1 AF day since last signing in. Going to commit to a AF day tomorrow...So still on 3/4 for October.

25 days, thankfully. I was a bit apprehensive committing to the challenge this month especially as we have been on a family holiday, more than a few days have been tempting but each day I choose not to give into temptation helps to reinforce I am building a resilience.
