Hello, I’ve been away on an all inclusive so didn’t have any AF days. I finished July on 13. I really should have got more days in.Please can I have 10 again for August. Although I aim for more.Today will be AF as I’m driving so 1/10 please.HB - lovely to hear from you and I’m pleased you’re doing so well. Ended July on 26 after another quiet weekend with family. Wife ordered in the F&M sparkling tea for the football rather than something stronger. Didn't matter it wasn't something stronger watching the lionesses win the Euros was amazing. Think we're all really proud of those girls bringing that trophy home, I'm still buzzing for them tbh.
Starting the month off with 1. No plans to drink tonight and if there's no plan, I don't drink simple as that now. Even if I do it's one glass of wine with my dinner for enjoyment of good wine rather than drinking for the sake of it.6 -
