13 today.Nice to see everyone doing well @maman completely understand not declaring early with this lovely weather.I think I may well have a drink tomorrow, off to centre parcs with family. Glad I talked about this with the pros tbh most advise complete abstinence from alcohol to people in my position but after last time it not working, individual treatment and my own patterns which didn’t always involve alcohol although I know I need to avoid bars in town etc.3
