Good afternoon all. Thank you for the support from these parts.
5 today please.
I am back home and had first day back at the office today. Jumped in head first with arranging some meetings that are needed but going to be very difficult conversations that will affect staff, clients and ultimately my business too. Hopefully will have a positive impact in the mid to long term, any short term impact from my perspective is almost certainly less painful than the risk of carrying on as I was. Actions that should have been undertaken last year if I’m honest about it tbf all positive even though hard to deal with. Things could have turned out differently for me had I but this time has been different from a family perspective too. My wife is getting a lot of support she wasn’t ready for last year and we are looking forward to some trips away for short breaks over summer as a family.
