            I'm really struggling too Cuppa and have reverted to old bad habits. I do try and still continue to read the thread as it does keep in my mind that I do want to develop some better new habits. Back on board on Monday I hope and back to declaring after the event and not before. Onward and upward i trust.5

 Sorry to hear that maggiem, maybe we can support each other? I've always done better if I feel I am accountable to someone, even with exercise too.  I have an AF day yesterday, I don't intend to tonight or tomorrow. But I intend to do the SNC. Wednesday's are my weakness at the moment. Like you maggiem, I will stick to declaring after and not before. We can do this. Hopefully the end of Lockdown is in sight and we can start to do more again. Once I'm back to driving 3 nights a week, I won't have to think about those days.Live for the moment and plan for the future3
