Giving Up/Cutting Down Alcohol Thread Part 17

Welcome back Yellow Monkey! Did you know Molly Polly has returned recently too? I hope you find the thread helpful.
Still on 1 here. Came on hols yesterday with family and hoping to start getting some AF days in this month at some point. At least it's almost all been v moderate this month, which is something. One lovely Saturday jubilee lunch was the only exception and it was fun but felt the worse for wear on the Sunday morning.
I'm trying to get my head round some big life changes coming and I think it's become a switch off mechanism. Plus to dull backache from WFH and using a computer all the time when I know the real solution is stretching, walking more and exercise.
Edited to add: Just realised my signature is months out of date. Has anyone else had a problem with theirs too?5 -
Hi again WBF. Nice to be back5

Morning all, just recovering from God's light show last night! Anyway 13/29 today and 439 consecutive UK days AFD (That's about 439x£5 saved = £2,195. MSE at its best)!
Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!5 -

10/10 for me please.I originally bought TRIP drinks from Sainsbury and tried all three flavours. My favourite is the Green one - Lemon and Basil so I ordered a pack of 12 from Amazon as Sainsbury were discontinuing them. You can probably get some in larger supermarkets.Live for the moment and plan for the future3

Hello everyone. And welcome back @yellowmonkey. Long time no speak 😄I am on holiday this week with DD2. The one who told me off for drinking too much. 🥹
So I have brought lots of cans of TRIP away with us and amazingly I am still being good lol.I have two cans every night and I don’t even crave a drink even though OH is still drinking every night. So 19/10 for me please @cathybird
That is 20 days alcohol free in a row.Keep up the good work everyone and
