Hi everyone 
Feeling better today and went out for a nice walk this evening. 
I was tempted to buy a bottle of wine but remembered I had a pack of becks blue in the shed so had one of those,  70 calories instead of 600 

I'll keep on keeping on

9/28 for me yesterday.  Last night was hard, first day of annual leave.  OH made a flip comment about wine and it was in my head to get a bottle.  I suggested it and he said no. Later on he suggested it and I said no.  I went out and didn't buy any, none in the house so we stayed AF.


Very pleased. Would have been a slippery slope for our holiday - it usually goes "we'll only drink today, not tomorrow". Then tomorrow comes...

Had an AF cider instead. Was knackered from a very busy physical day so doubt we would have enjoyed the wine anyway or stayed awake long to drink it!

Can't remember who mentioned Ghost Ship but OH really likes that one. And AF guinness when I can find it.

10 for me please. Another evening where I could quite happily have had a glass of wine but resisted.  Up just after 6.00 this morning, grateful not to have a hangover instead!  Want to get out for a run, it was part of my motivation for not drinking, but still feeling achy from exertions over the weekend.  Hopefully later!
