    Hi everyone 
    Another day of slaying the Dragon, while constantly wiping snot.

    Is anyone else having problems getting hold of diesel? Reasons ranger from Russian Sanctions to extinction rebellion. 
    Just wondering if it is localised to Herts

    I must admit the rhinorrhea is gradually easing, more of a jog than a run today.
    48 creme eggs arrived from Amazon today, courtesy of my big sister, I have been quite restrained and only had two, I  allowed the kids one each.

    6/21 today please Cathybird,  it's easy not to drink when you can't go out to the shops.

    I haven't been here in a while, sorry!  I am on the laptop all day due to work and so I tend to turn it off and forget about it when I don't have to think about it.

    I've been good.  Been sticking to it (in the main).

    Finished March on 30.

    April is up to 6 and an annual figure of 91, so all good.

    I drank on Thursday though.  Not a huge amount, but enough that I felt it yesterday and then went mad on the food front last night.  And my 5K was very hard yesterday, so diet and exercise were affected!
