Hi all, thanks for the b'day messages!   Well, a mixed day but a good rehearsal with the guy and gals in the band (plus M&S chocolate biscuits - no MSE there). Ordered more Leffe 0.0%, £5 off the order so 24 cans for £15. Just 61p a tin - Bahhhhgain!   MSE'ing and Giving Up all in one happy bundle. Yeah!

Arkers, I’m feeling very sad about Ukraine as well. I’m going to see what I can do to help if anything when I get home. Yesterday was 1/12 for me please. I’m proud to have had one AF day whilst on holiday. Weather has picked up thankfully. We need spring to come at home quickly !

I've been missing for a bit, no particular reason why.  I finished February on 28, yay get me!

Still going to be target free, but no plans on drinking in March.

Been invited out in April, plus it's my bday, but still going to see how I go.

I've cracked the sitting at home not drinking.  Don't even really miss it.  But do think it will be a slippery slope if I decide to drink again.  

I am up to 2 for March please!

And not that I am on the annual challenge, but I am up to 57 for the year so far!  Yay!

I'm excited to finally be going on a twice-postponed Norwegian Fjords cruise tomorrow, so I won't be declaring for a while but I do intend to the AF for the duration.

Exactly, 333 days without a drink for me and I don't want to go back to zero. Like you, I don't miss the effect but I do miss the flavour sometimes. Ah well, always a price to pay!

That sounds like a good plan for your trip @RobM99. from Basildon you can travel in all directions, so hope it's the first of many.
