Sadly no Cathybird, I didn't stay AF on Thursday so was really on 8. I will be staying AF tonight though.

I'm a bit worried about alt, who has not posted all month, and I think we have to assume at this point that Barny won't be making a return, which I feel a bit sad about because he has been a stalwart of the challenge for close to a decade.

I think @alt80 is giving his attention to successfully giving up his other habit.  I'm sure he'll update us at some point.

@Barny1979 seems to have disappeared completely off the forum. Perhaps he's got on the wrong side of mse. 🤔 I know when I was banned for two weeks with no appeal system I thought hard about whether I wanted to return.

Re alt, I hope so! He's been very consistent for a while now.

Re Barny, yes he seems to have vanished - who knows why. I hope he's OK.
