Coveredinbees!!!! the reindeer's my favourite this month too 😃. X4 -
Dont think I declared my target for December. Was going to go for 20 but have reduced to 18 as I think that is a doable target for December, the party month!
Currently on 1/18
Went out last night and had a glass of Prosecco to toast Christmas Lights. Am laughing. Any excuse. On the positive side I drove which restricted my drinking to just one small glass rather than arranging a lift which meant I would have drunk a substantial amount more. . I know that just being here has focused my mind not only on AF days but on reductions when I do drink so its all good. Thank you all for your support xMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

2/25 for me today please
How come I can put on 2lbs after having wine (which leads to grazing, admittedly) on Saturday, but it takes the following 4 days to shed the same amount?? After having to give up running (sob) I put on nearly a stone. I'm slowly shedding the excess, but I'm an "apple" shape ... having said that, I'm not "dieting", but you'd think cutting out 25 days a month of calorific wine would have had more impact. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?5 -

2 please.
Today also marks 30 days since I last had a drink and 6 months off the other stuff.@Watty1 you are doing great - keep up the good work and keep posting. December 100 going to be a tough month for all of us I’d guess but we can do this. Doesn’t matter if it’s quitting or cutting down, what matters is turning away from a behaviour you have identified as being self destructive; there’s lots of support on here.7 -
