and welcome, I've added you to the list, best of luck with the challenge, did you want to set a target? It's probably easier not to attempt a diet at the same time as giving up alcohol btw, or that's always been the advice of people on this thread! One thing at a time, getting alcohol under control is hard enough, but obviously it's up to you!

Thanks cathybird. That's really good advice. However, the rawfood diet is not a weight loss thing. It's just a healthy way to eat and detoxifying. I don't stop eating all day!cathybird said:hi Dryjan

As far as a challenge goes, can I aim for a target of 31 days as I am trying for Dry January. So I am on 20 days.4 -
By diet I didn't really just mean a weight loss diet but any strict regime of eating but these things are all down to choice. I've added your target to the list, best of luck.Dryjan said:
