    4/31 so far. the good thing about being in Asia is that the time zones are mostly wrong for watching sport, so I wasn't tempted to drink while watching football (and I put myself to bed early when Wales played Canada in the rugby and missed that too!)

    Interesting article in The Observer yesterday about alcohol, link here. I like how she mentions the amount of booze people drink on TV, which has been discussed on this thread before as a not especially helpful factor when it comes to people giving up!
