Good morning everyone🌧️.
I am 22/21 for yesterday please cathybird. Thank you. I would like a target of 21 again for April please. 
I'm hoping to have a few garden visits during April which may include a drink or two so there may not be quite so many 'extra' days as during lockdown 😃.

I think having 2 days in March set aside to drink made it harder but I also think it forces me to really think about it and choose whether I want that drink at all.... therefore I think I will set my target for 28 for April please Cathy... I will continue to conciously make good choices (hopefully) ..

Planning to have a drink tonight. Not in the best headspace tonight after a !!!!!! night’s sleep so not sure it’s the best idea but will see later. 

19 for April please few bank hols etc. Having a drink is the only way I’m getting through Easter visit to my in-laws ha. Properly dreading the end of lockdown as it’s all getting very real.
