Morning all,  23/29 for me today 😀
Feeling super stressed about pending hearing at work & trouble sleeping but I have been preparing and I'm ready. I am just thankful that I am doing this AF. Everything seems worse with a hangover, I certainly wouldn't be so productive. I like that I feel like I'm taking control, I am giving it my all and I know I will look back and not have any regrets. # best life  💜

Anniversary of full lockdown 1 - I need to get through the day no substances. Boris shutting the country and temporarily my business is very symbolic for me so saying 18 early as I really don’t want to drink today.

Anniversary of lockdown 1. I don't think I had a drink on 23/3/20 because it was a 'school night' but had I known how long this was going to go on I might have 😕. Having said that,
lockdown has been good for me as regards cutting down alcohol. Every cloud etc.
