Say it's motor insurance and I gave a balance, I've paid my car insurance so why is this on my account, whoever they are?

On your credit report as what? An open account, a search? Give us a clue.0

Did you pay your insurance up front in full or monthly? Monthly is essentially a loan paid off over a year hence why it could be on your credit file.

They are the finance company for your car insurance as you're paying monthly. Have a look over all the papers for your car policy as it will state BISL provide the credit.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
