Hello,
I'm wanting new windows fitting in 2021, but I've never had to request quotes from companies and was just looking for some kind of template or checklist of what information I should and shouldn't include when reaching out. If you could give me some ideas that would be great.

You're overcomplicating it.
Email several companies, say you want to replace your (single glazed?) windows, ask them when they can come out and quote for X amount of windows.
If you have double glazing already and it's in good condition, you can just ask them to quote for replacement sealed units, not the entire frame and windows (saves a lot of money).Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
They will want to know what openers you want so have a think about that before they come.0
