Barking and Dagenham - 32D Fine Burnside Road

Hi All,
I recently received a fine and was wondering if i have case to appeal this, fine details as follows :-
1: 32D Failing to drive in the direction shown by the arrow on a blue sign ( wrong direction) -- Burnside Road Dagenham.

However my issue is I did not see this blue arrow as the cameras are pointing towards the exit and there isnt a no entry sign from the other side

Is this a strong enough reason to argue? Any suggestions will be welcome here?
Isit worth making the representation and waiting for the outcome? If this is the case can i still pay the reduced amount?
