    To be fair to the OP, his comment about his weight was over 12 months ago. Not a bandwagon to be jumped on now when no one has a clue what size he may or may not have dropped to since then.

    4XL Is a fair size and would suggest even after 12 months, they'd still be on the larger size.

    Seems these days a lot of new OPs do not like advice and delete.

    But did like the comment about the buy a bike, not use any buses then. Win Win LOL  :D

    I am not sure that shielding is allowed purely because of obesity, there has to be some of the (potentially common) side affects, the most common being diabetes and which does not respond well to/be controlled successfully by medication. 
    I work with someone who is obese and diabetic and she has just been removed from a patient facing role.

    I think the type of diabetes is this important factor
