Martin Lewis' so-called 'advice' about PAYING a scam PCN then disputing it after paying it, is even more deluded. Yet it's available on Youtube, I think he answered a question on This Morning a couple of years ago but his advice was (sadly) completely wrong. He actually thought these were hard to beat in court. They are a cinch in most cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
