    It is awful and even talks about 'no loss' and ''the reason I parked as I did'' and ''quite simply, the ticket is unfair''.  LOLOLOLOL.

    The PPCs must fall off their chairs laughing when they see that drivel.  It's utter pants and whoever wrote it has not listened to everything we sent them to try to align MSE advice with this forum board.

    It doesn't matter.  It's just a useless article and a dreadful, pointless appeal that will make OPS laugh. 

    Martin Lewis' so-called 'advice' about PAYING a scam PCN then disputing it after paying it, is even more deluded.  Yet it's available on Youtube, I think he answered a question on This Morning a couple of years ago but his advice was (sadly) completely wrong.  He actually thought these were hard to beat in court.  They are a cinch in most cases.
