NuAire Positive Input Ventilation advice

Hello all, would appreciate any advice. We own an old stone bungalow near the coast, used as holiday home for us and also rented out.  There is a bit of damp in some places due to age etc. We are thinking of installing a Nuaire piv with a heater but have some questions.
It states the flat master is for single storey and the Drimaster eco heat is for 2 - 3 storey homes. Is a bungalow with loft classed as 2 storey?
We have read that it can produce a bit of cold air circulating around so thinking of the heat model.
Any thoughts on the controls? It would be good to see readings to see if it was working but if we have controls accessible no doubt guests will fiddle with them and if they feel a draught will switch the thing off.  We are only there 3-4 times a year to keep an eye on it and I don't want to bother the cleaner with it.
We control the heating through an app on our phones remotely, is there any option to do this?
Otherwise the control would go in our locked cupboard, but given the amount of times we are there is there a benefit?

Any info welcome
