Refunds for online purchases

Trying to get a refund for faulty goods from studio since October. They have confirmed they received goods back and now are saying refund has been given but no money has hit my account. Now they want proof.of my bank account to show no money which I did but now the bank app statements are not good enough they want certified ones. Customer service is no good as all they say is we will escalate it to the relevant department. What else can I do
