Have to agree with all the good advice. Me I would be tempted to respond to the LL with the remark      arrange these two words into a well known phrase or saying, "off, sod"
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)

This is not money saving but if the landlord is stressing you out may be a form of appeasement.
If its not too late, can you arrange to move into your new place a couple of weeks before your tenancy on this one expires. That would give the landlord a couple of weeks for viewings whilst still being paid.
You shouldn't have to but can only see the pressure increasing as you approach the end date and its making you miserable.
It could make for a leisurely unhurried move and clean too if you already have health difficulties

That is exactly what I have offered to do! Move out two weeks early so they can do all the viewings they like with me gone, and that still is not good enough for them! They want to do it now to ensure they get new tenants in immediately. is it just me or is this really abhorrent behaviour?
  • Write a letter and stop contact, block their numbers and change the locks. As advised earlier.

    Its just business to them.
I would do what you have done to try and play fair by sharing the pain.
If they want it all their own way after that then my goodwill would be gone and it would be no, with further calls going to voicemail.
