Took out a student loan to do an open uni course for 5yrs the loan is with England want to move to NI but been told that I would have to payback the loan in the UK and then take one one in NI ? Is this correct? Because I will be paying NI national insurance and tax not England and my home address will change. I thought with it being online based I would just be able to do it anywhere and then just payback at the end but someone said no because my home address and tax/national Insurance will be to NI not the UK. I am so confused
