Budgeting app or personal finance software - help me choose please?

Hi,
I am not sure whether this thread is in the right place? (Apologies if so - I did a search but couldn't find anything relevant)
May I ask for some advice from users of personal finance software, and budgeting apps about which budgeting app or personal finance software would meet my needs? I've done some research and I think either (i) Buxfer or (ii) Money Dashboard Classic or (iii) Money Dashboard Neon would meet my needs - but am keen to hear if there are good alternatives too ? (I have a Money Dashboard Classic account but haven't actually used in much previously).
My needs fairly straightforward, and I don't need the gimmicks that some packages offer. I am looking for software / budgeting app that will simply:
* Connect direct to my banks (First Direct and Santander current account and Credit Card accounts), and seamlessly download historic transactions directly into the software / app (whether by 'API' or 'screen-scraping' or 'open banking'). (I don't really want to have to spend time on downloading / uploading QIF/CSV files - which feels very old school).
* Allow me to setup, customise and edit spend categories in the app (at least 2 levels in the hierarchy)
* If possible, automatically assign transactions to categories based on history (but also allow me to manually assign transactions to categories)
* Provide good analysis or reporting (charts; tables etc) to show historic expenditure by category - for month, full year and year to date periods - ideally for both high level and detailed categories - ideally customisable reports that allow me to see trends over time, and comparisons between categories
* Have a web-interface so I can use it with my laptop. Ideally also an Apple app.
* If possible, allow me to export transaction data or reports into Excel for me to analyse further (but no worries if not possible).
* Ideally free, but I am open to paying a small purchase or monthly fee.
Any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks in advance
